Sheets with interlocking arrangements for the steel lath by means of alternative end clips, brackets, strong suspensions shaft made out of pipes, loaded with high tension coil type spring made out of spring steel wire. Locking arrangements, pulling hooks handles with all fitting accessories in best workmanship with one coat of Red-Oxide Primer. For better smooth working Ball Bearing are suggested.
Also partly rolling grill can be provided in any type of rolling shutters for ventilation purpose. |
MECHANICAL GEAR TYPE ROLLING SHUTTERS:
Pull & Push Type rolling shutter above 10 sq. mt. size with / without ball Bearing are not suitable for smooth working therefore Mechanical gear Should be provided. Winding handle and its alignments can be on right or left side and from out side / inside, as per the specific requirements. Provision of wicket doors can be made if specified. These types of shutters are suitable for large opening of work-shops, warehouses etc. Mechanical Gear Type Rolling Shutter made out of 1.15 mm x 75mm Mild Steel or Galvanised steel laths of convex corrugation, complete with side guide & bottom rails made out of 2.5/2.0 mm M. | TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: |
- Rolling Shutters are made of 75mm x 18/19 or 20/21 H.R. / G.I. Lath sections.
- Rolling Shutter’s strips have rolling centers of 75mm and effective bridge depth of 10mm
Without any welded joint interlocked with each other.
- Rolling Shutter strip’s ends are locked with / without heavy M.S. Clips completely.
- Rolling Shutter Lock plates are made of 14 to 10G sheet.
- Handles are made of 20 x 5 mm flats.
- Guide channels are made of 14 to 10G pressed M.S.
- Spring sets are made of high tension special steel wire. Springs are made according to the
size of the shutters.
- Pulleys for rotating shutters are made of 20x5mm to 32x6mm flat with / without ball bearing attachment
for smooth and easy operation.
- Top covers are made of 24 to 20G M.S. sheets.
- Wicket Gates of 600mm width X 1200mm height and 900 mm width X 1800 mm height can be provided if desired by customer.
