Pull & Push / Mechanical Gear Type Rolling Shutter made out of 0.8mm to 1.00mm x 75mm Stainless Steel – 304 laths of convex corrugation, complete with side guide & bottom rails made out of 2.5/2.0 mm S.S. Sheets with interlocking arrangements, brackets, strong suspensions shaft made out of M.S. pipes, loaded with high tension coil type spring made out of M.S. spring steel wire. Locking arrangements, pulling hooks handles with all fitting accessories in best workmanship. For better smooth working Ball Bearing are suggested. |
| TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: |
- Rolling Shutters are made of 75mm x 0.8 mm / 0.9mm or 1.00mm SS-304 Lath sections.
- Rolling Shutter’s strips have rolling centers of 75mm and effective bridge depth of 10mm
Without any welded joint interlocked with each other.
- Rolling Shutter Lock plates are made of 14 to 10G SS-304 sheet and SS angle.
Sheet and angle are riveted by 6mm Rivets. Both ends of lock plates are made out of 32 x
6 mm SS flats for locking arrangements.
- Handles are made of 20 x 5 mm flats.
- Guide channels are made of 10G pressed sheet with 65mm depth and 25mm width.
- Spring sets are made of high tension special steel wire. Springs are made according to the
size of the shutters.
- Pulleys for rotating shutters are made of 25x5 mm to 32x6 mm flat with / without ball bearing attachment for smooth and easy operation.
- Top covers are made of 24 to 20G S.S. sheets.
- Wicket Gates of 600mm width X 1200mm height and 900 mm width X 1800 mm height
can be provided if desired by customer.
